These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Yoga Retreat (“Retreat”) hosted in Poursac, Charente, France. by Les Daurins and Leza Bee Yoga (“Organizer”). These may be updated at any time. The most current version is always available on the retreat website. By booking and attending the Retreat, participants (“Guest(s)”) agree to the following:

Booking & Payment

• Booking is on a first come first served basis.

• Your booking secures one space on the retreat

• A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• The remaining balance is split into two installments, 30% due 60 days before arrival, and 30% due 30 days before arrival.

• Failure to pay the balance by the deadline will result in cancellation without refund of the deposit and any monies paid.

Inclusions & Exclusions

Included in Retreat Fee:

• Accommodation for the duration of the Retreat.

• Daily yoga sessions and workshops.

• Specified meals as outlined in the Retreat itinerary.

• Group activities listed in the program.

Not Included in Retreat fee:

• International or domestic airfare to/from France.

• Travel to the Retreat venue from airports or train stations (unless otherwise stated).

• Travel/medical insurance (mandatory for all Guests).

• Personal expenses, optional excursions, or additional meals/drinks not specified.

Travel & Documentation

• Guests are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas (if required), and meeting all entry requirements for France.

• The Organizer accepts no responsibility for travel delays, cancellations, or missed connections.

• Participation in yoga and related activities is voluntary and undertaken at each Guest’s own risk.

• Guests must inform the Organizer of any pre-existing health conditions or injuries.

• This Retreat is not a substitute for medical care; Guests should consult their physician before participating.

• The Organizer is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or medical expenses incurred during or after the Retreat.

Insurance Requirement

• All Guests must obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers trip cancellation, personal injury, illness, medical treatment, and emergency evacuation.

• Proof of insurance may be requested before arrival.

Cancellations & Refunds

Guest Cancellation:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations received 60 days or more before the Retreat start date may receive a partial refund (minus deposit).

• Cancellations within 30 days of the Retreat start date are non-refundable.

Organizer Cancellation:

• If the Organizer cancels the Retreat for reasons other than force majeure (see below section), including low attendance, illness, unforeseen circumstance) Guests will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding deposit

• If possible, your deposit can be transferred to a future retreat

• The Organizer is not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g., airfare, transfers, insurance).

Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of France.

• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poursac, Charente, France and Canada

Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect the property, teachers, staff, and fellow participants.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Guest whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or harmful, without refund.

Liability Waiver

By participating in the Retreat, Guests agree to release and discharge the Organizer, staff, and contractors from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from participation, including personal injury, property damage, or loss.
